Landlord Flow

For this listing plan, when a student places an order on the Property page of https://Student.com,
you must decide to accept or reject the order request via the Dashboard or Open API,
and only after you confirm the order can the student proceed.
This type of property listing is called book.

Student Booking Flow

  1. Student submits a lead on https://Student.com.
  2. Partner (landlord) accepts, rejects, or sends a counter-offer.
  3. If online payment is required:
    • Student makes the advance rent/deposit payment on https://Student.com to confirm the booking.
  4. If no payment is required on https://Student.com:
    • The booking is confirmed once the partner accepts the lead (or the student accepts the counter-offer).
