Landlord Flow

For this listing plan, when a student places an order on the Property page of http://Student.com,
the system will automatically process the order based on the real-time inventory you provide,
and if there is available inventory, the student will directly complete the booking.
This type of property is called connect.

Student Booking Flow

  1. Student submits a lead on http://Student.com.
  2. Student proceeds through the full booking process on http://Student.com.
  3. The system automatically checks availability using:
    • Availability Number (units available)
    • Blocked-date intervals
  4. If online payment is required:
  5. If no payment is required on http://Student.com:
    • Student accepts an agreement (rather than a formal contract), and the booking is considered confirmed.
